philsot Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the philsot platform at philsot.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is between you (the player) and philsot, the operator of this platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use the philsot platform. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

2 Eligibility

To use philsot, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing philsot from a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted under applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when creating or operating your account.
• You have not previously been excluded from philsot or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a philsot employee in a role that provides access to non-public platform information.

philsot reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you are found to be under 21, your account will be closed immediately, all pending bets voided, and any remaining balance returned after deducting any bonuses received. Winnings from bets placed while underage will not be paid out.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one philsot account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.

When you register with philsot, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

You are solely responsible for keeping your philsot account credentials — including your password and any linked mobile verification codes — confidential. philsot will never ask you for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately. philsot is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to protect their login credentials.

Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required before withdrawals are processed. philsot may request any of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (PhilSys, driver's licence, passport, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address issued within the last three months, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

philsot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the Philippine payment channels listed on the deposits page: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO / BPI / UnionBank online banking, and Visa / Mastercard debit or credit cards.

The minimum deposit is ₱500. The minimum withdrawal is ₱300. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification steps before processing.

• Deposits via e-wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph) are typically credited instantly.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets are processed within one to four hours during normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay typically settle within the same banking day.
• PESONet transfers may take up to one business day to appear in your bank account.

All transactions on philsot are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). philsot does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals from its end, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits that remain unused and with no betting activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be subject to account dormancy procedures as detailed in the account management section of the philsot platform.

5 Betting Rules

Bets placed on philsot are binding once confirmed. You should review your bet slip carefully before submitting, as philsot does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system.

Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. In the event of a manifest error in the odds — such as a clearly incorrect line caused by a system fault — philsot reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

• Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or event.
• Where an event is abandoned or cancelled before completion, stakes are returned unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Postponed events: if rescheduled within 72 hours, bets remain valid. Beyond that window, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• For virtual sports, results are final once generated and no amendments will be made after settlement.
• Live bets are accepted at the odds available at the time of submission. philsot is not responsible for delays caused by network latency on the player's end.

philsot reserves the right to limit stake amounts on specific markets, restrict bet types available to a specific account, or decline bets at its discretion. This is standard practice across responsible betting operators and is not targeted at players in good standing.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

philsot regularly offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, expiry dates, and withdrawal conditions. These are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms and Conditions when you claim a bonus.

General bonus rules that apply across all philsot promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered through qualifying games before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• Free bets and bonus credits that expire unused are forfeited automatically.
• philsot reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — results in forfeiture of all bonus funds and possible account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically stated in the promotion terms.

philsot makes every effort to ensure bonus terms are communicated clearly. If you are unsure about the conditions of a specific promotion, contact customer support before claiming it rather than after.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the philsot platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances and pending winnings:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Creating or operating more than one philsot account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes for profit.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform — philsot complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reports suspicious activity.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment instruments for deposits.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person, particularly in connection with match-fixing or insider information.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward philsot staff or other players via any communication channel.

philsot monitors account activity continuously and reserves the right to investigate any account showing unusual patterns. During an investigation, account access and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the philsot platform — including but not limited to the philsot name, logo, site design, graphics, text, software, and data — is the intellectual property of philsot or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the philsot platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent from philsot.

9 Privacy and Data

philsot collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at philsot.best/privacy-policy. By registering with philsot, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

philsot does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

10 Limitation of Liability

philsot provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, philsot does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, always available, or free from technical interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, philsot shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from platform downtime or technical issues.
• Losses arising from events beyond philsot's reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or regulatory actions.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses not directly caused by philsot's own negligence.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.

Nothing in these terms limits philsot's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

philsot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without advance notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used in violation of these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or in a manner that is harmful to other players or the integrity of the platform.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms, philsot reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance (net of bonuses not yet cleared for withdrawal) will be returned to the player through their verified payment method.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting philsot support. A request to close an account will be processed within five business days. Any pending bets at the time of the request will be settled normally, and the remaining balance withdrawn to the player's last verified payment method.

12 Changes to These Terms

philsot may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, philsot will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the updated terms take effect.

If you continue to use the philsot platform after updated terms have taken effect, you are considered to have accepted the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 11.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of philsot. Any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through philsot's internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified under the relevant regulatory framework governing philsot's operations.

Philippine consumer protection rights are not affected by any provision in these terms. Where any clause in these terms conflicts with mandatory Philippine law, the applicable Philippine law shall prevail to the extent of that conflict.
